San Diego Symphony is located at Copley Symphony Hall in San Diego, California, and was designed by Weeks and Day and opened in 1929 as the Fox Theatre. The hall was conferred to the San Diego Symphony in 1984. It is also the location of some youth orchestra concerts in San Diego, including San Diego Youth Symphony and Conservatory.

Snake Oil Cocktail Company is the exclusive F&B / concessions operator for San Diego Symphony Hall. We own the liquor license and provide responsible service of all alcoholic beverages in addition to operating all food concessions sales and on-site catering operations. The event venue is comprised of four full-service cash bars servicing up to 2,225 people at a time, a VIP Donor Room for up to 100 guests, two large lobbies holding up to 600 guests on each level and space for on-stage/backstage activations. Back of house operations include a full-service health permitted kitchen, a catering prep kitchen, and a state-of-the-art craft beer & wine-on-tap system.

In addition to operations of in-house catering and food service, clients are also allowed to bring in outside food catering partners of their choice and the Snake Oil team works with a variety of local caterers to help facilitate their kitchen and on-site prep needs. Detailed logistical coordination, speed of service and polite efficiency is key to operational success.

There are 100+ scheduled performances per year in addition to dozens of private events, corporate buy-outs and high profile donor activations.
