Molly CampbellPersonnel Manager
Molly is a highly motivated, solutions-focused manager with experience and an impressive record of achievements within all facets of administrative, operations, and client service management. At Snake Oil Cocktail Co., she combines time and resource-management skills to implement strategic administrative and operational initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, service and overall bottom-line performance. She keeps us all in line!
She graduated with honors from California State University, Sacramento with a degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and a Minor in Criminal Justice.  She’s been in the food and beverage industry for the last fifteen years, both around Northern California and San Diego. After helping lead multiple catering departments at various locations, she took a more in depth role with personnel and office management, where she grew in the world of HR, payroll and bookkeeping, on-boarding, employee management, and office operations.
When she’s not at Snake Oil headquarters, you can find Molly traveling (she lived in Ireland for eight months!), hiking, camping, watching bay area sports and spending time with family and friends.
Fun Fact: Her first sip of Guinness stout was in St. James Gate, Ireland at the Guinness Brewery.
