Founded in 2010, Snake Oil Cocktail Company is Southern California’s preeminent cocktail design and consulting firm. We specialize in creating immersive full-service beverage experiences for select bars, special events and award-winning restaurants nationwide. Underlying our work is passion, and a deep-seated respect for the five fundamentals of culinary mixology: simplicity, seasonality, quality, creativity, and taste.

On January 11, Snake Oil Cocktail Co. hosted their very first signature event, celebrating the craft of cocktails, mixology, experimentation, and creativity. The goal was to invite clients and vendors to a beautiful new venue in downtown San Diego and showcase Snake Oil’s cocktail capabilities, as well as the talent of parters and vendors. From edible gummy cocktails to color changing cocktails and a DIY style adventure bar with fresh local produce, Snake Oil sparked the interest of the southern California community.
