Needless to say, we love to party and we take our job seriously. When it comes to events, our Snake Oil team has seen it all: from weddings in the sand to celebrity parties on yachts. We are known for our delicious cocktail concoctions and we pride ourselves on excellent customer service, hospitality, and organization. Because we do so many events, we are well versed in ABC laws, permitting, liability, regulations and unique venues. We love playing by the rules, but we’ll save that for another blog post. Today, we are sharing our favorite kinds of events!

No matter the type of party or the occasion, one thing we love is building a relationship with a client. There’s something so special about repeat clients who come back for more and are ready to collaborate! When we get in a groove with our clients and mesh so well together, magic can happen. And by magic, we mean great parties. We get to know your family, friends, clients and VIPs. We learn about what they like to drink (Malibu Sea Breeze for your mom and scotch for your boss). We can fine tune our activations and collaborate on out-of-the-box ideas to really personalize your event.

Our corporate clients have so much fun! A summer bash or a holiday party are great examples of seasonal events that Snake Oil sees often. Hosting an event dedicated to staff appreciation or team-building elevates company culture. Has your company been around for a while? Celebrate annual milestones, such as a 10th, 50th, or even 100th anniversary. We’ve also hosted events based on the rebranding of a company. Some of our most eye catching and impressive events are those with hands on elements or those with extra pizzazz. We host various experience based parties such as detailed spirit tastings and education with a Snake Oil expert. Have you ever wondered if deep down you had a hidden talent for mixology? A crowd pleasing favorite experience is our hands-on mixology. We can put you and your group to the test with either an educational or a competition based craft cocktail workshop. Looking for something more? We do molecular mixology, cotton candy cocktails, branded coconuts, special garnishes and more.

Snake Oil has done our fair share of weddings, but we absolutely love an organized bride. Wedding planners make the process seamless and allow us to put our attention towards producing amazing cocktails and service, while the bride and groom enjoy their special day.

You can never go wrong with an epic cocktail hour! We keep our cocktail hours well staffed so your party guests don’t have to waste precious time waiting in lines. Some weddings get creative with pre-ceremony cocktails. One of our favorite weddings, located near an airport, clipped a note to the drinks to encourage guests to pause the ceremony and take a sip when an airplane flew overhead! Whether it’s at your ceremony or at your reception, we embrace those little hints of originality.

Charity or otherwise, Snake Oil loves to cater galas and encompass the element of class. We offer unmatched, amazing service to please and impress your most refined guests. At our gala events, we like to feature our table side wine service, with elevated wine selections. As a leader in the luxury beverage industry, Snake Oil is innovative with new trends and impressive presentations. We like to bring a new and modern twist to a classic and elegant crowd.

A great way to bring a bit of fun to your gala event is by incorporating a theme. Some popular themes we’ve seen artfully done are a masquerade, Great Gatsby, or black tie. Like with our corporate and wedding events, Snake Oil can help bring your theme to life through our bar decor and customized craft cocktail bar.

‘Tis the season of summer festivals! Snake Oil loves a free spirit, and has been involved with some well known events throughout the years. Independent film fans and celebrities have been spotted sipping our fresh creations at Sundance Film Festival and San Diego Film Festival.
