Snake Oil’s Cocktails are not only for couples in love, but for anyone enjoying a good time with a yummy cocktail in hand!

Having someone special to spend Valentine’s day with is amazing. Whatever you decide to do with your loved one, Preservation Society (one of Snake Oil’s favorite specialty cocktails), works not only for a cocktail to enjoy before heading out to dinner, but for your dinner at home, or just to sip on while kicking back on the sofa to watch a movie.

Preservation Society
Choice of Vodka or Gin, Pressed Grapefruit, Thyme Infusion, Blackberry Jam, Touch of Vanilla
Color: Maroon red + purple / Garnish: Lime sprig

Strawberry Fields
1.5 oz Tequila, Vodka or Gin
0.75 oz Pressed Lime
6 Leaves Basil
2-3 Whole Strawberries
0.75 oz Simple Syrup

Muddle Basil and Strawberry in shaker. Add Lime, Simple Syrup and Tequila, Vodka or Gin. Shake and Strain over Fresh Ice. Garnish with a Kosher Salt Rim, Basil Leaf and Half Strawberry.

Color: Off white / Garnish: half orange wheel and cherry
