Alongside many talents, Snake Oil Cocktail Company had the pleasure of creating and serving mouth-watering craft cocktails at Goal Structured‘s Holiday Party this season. Destination Concepts of San Diego completely transformed one of Liberty Station‘s most popular wedding venues into a big top of pure magic and excitement. Guests were greeted with performers of all kinds, games, interactive snacks, popcorn, cotton candy and, of course, our newest drink concept, Cocktail Graffiti.

“Keep the circus going inside you, keep it going, don’t take anything too seriously, it’ll all work out in the end.”

Snake Oil Cocktail Company featured Cocktail Graffiti, a custom designed welcome drink featuring a high-resolution elephant image beautifully displayed on top of the cocktail. We also featured two color changing cocktails. Guests experienced how fresh jam changes the cocktail concept and delicious flavor difference each jam creates.

Half way through the event, the event completely transformed. Lights changed, performers came out, the party started and Snake Oil brought out two new surprise cocktails: “Blue Giggle Water” and the “Snake Oil Mule” made with holiday spices. Guests went wild!

Coordinated by Emily Zeber of Goal Structure. Destination Concepts completely transformed BRICK into a circus top with thematics, tenting, lighting, props and decor. The Wild Thyme Company catered the party and showcased a live dessert table with cotton candy and caramel corn. Twisted Orbit brought in stilt walkers, jugglers, hoopers, aerialists and acrobats.
